Who we are

Walink Pro is operated by Wa Link Pro. Wa Link Pro is the data controller for the personal information described here, which means we decide how and why it is used.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, password (stored encrypted) and optional brand name.
• Content you add: WhatsApp numbers, greeting messages, labels, logos and page settings.
• Visitor click data: when someone opens your link we record the time, device type, referring site and country. We do not record visitors' names or phone numbers.
• Billing details: plan, billing period and payment status. Card details are collected directly by our payment partner, not by us.

2. How we use it

• To run your account, links and click statistics.
• To process payments and send receipts and account emails (like password resets).
• To prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
• We do not sell your information or use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

• Contract: to provide your account, links, statistics and billing.
• Legitimate interests: to keep the service secure and prevent spam, fraud and misuse.
• Legal obligation: to keep billing records and respond to lawful requests.
• Consent: for anything optional, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Who we share it with, and how

• Payment partner (Paddle, our reseller and Merchant of Record): for the sale of our plans, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing. Shared over encrypted connections.
• Hosting and database providers: to store and serve the service.
• WhatsApp: visitors who tap a link are sent to WhatsApp with the number and greeting you set.
• Professional advisers: such as legal and accounting advisers, when needed.
• Authorities: only when required by Indian law.

4. How we protect it

• All traffic uses HTTPS encryption.
• Passwords are stored encrypted and never visible to us.
• Each workspace's data is kept separate, and only you and your team can see it.
• Staff access is limited and every admin action is logged.

5. Your choices

You can edit or delete your links at any time. To get a copy of your data or delete your account, email info@walink.club. We keep your data while your account is active, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Billing records are kept as long as the law requires. You can ask to access, correct or delete your data.

6. Cookies

We only use the storage needed to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.
