Terms of Service

1. About these terms

Walink Pro is operated by Wa Link Pro ("we", "us"). When you use Walink Pro you are contracting with Wa Link Pro. These terms apply to your use of Walink Pro, a service for creating WhatsApp short links, Multiagent pages and QR codes. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to them. Walink Pro is not affiliated with WhatsApp or Meta.

2. Your account

• You must give accurate details and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for everything done in your workspace.
• You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You may not misuse Walink Pro, including: unlawful use; spam, fraud, phishing or harassment; infringing anyone's intellectual property; or interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping or overloading the service). You also must not break WhatsApp's rules.

4. Plans and payment

• The Free plan has 10 short links with random short names.
• Paid plans (Branded, and Multiagent billed per agent) renew automatically every month or year until cancelled.
• Prices are shown on our pricing page, in US dollars, and may change with advance notice for the next renewal.
• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
• Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund terms are also set out in the Paddle Buyer Terms. We never see or store your full card number.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period, then your workspace moves to Free. Your data is not deleted.

6. Refunds

You can request a full refund within 30 days of your order. Full details are in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

Wa Link Pro owns the Walink Pro service and all its software, design, documentation and branding. You keep ownership of the content you add.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you seriously break these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly break our rules.

9. Service availability

We work to keep Walink Pro running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Punjab having jurisdiction.
